    Finding the Light in Your World

    The other day, my husband was taking pictures at our farm in Tennessee.  Our son invited his girlfriend to come out and they were sitting by the fire.  As I reviewed the pictures my husband took of our son, I saw one that caught my eye.  It was a beautiful, candid picture of our son looking straight at the camera with the fire on his right side, lighting his face.  Half of his face was lit-up by the fire, and the other half was dark.

    What to do when your life is in a hole and you can't see the road ahead?

    The other day when I was driving home I saw a sign.  It said “Limited Sight Distance – 30 MPH.”  To tell you the truth, I’ve traveled that road many, many times, and I’ve never noticed that sign.  Maybe you could compare it to a sign that says “Dangerous Curve Ahead – 30 MPH” or “Workers Ahead – 30 MPH.”  These signs are trying to tell you that there’s danger ahead and you need to slow down to...
